History
Company founder and president, Shawn Ostermann, has been providing computer services to the Tampa Bay area since 1992. What started out as a hobby soon became a part-time business. After years of successful service, Shawn formally launched CCC in 2005 as a full-time business.

We realize these ethics are lacking in many businesses today and these are the important qualities that set us apart from others. When we say “we’ll do it” or “we’ll be there” – we will. Who is the “we”?
Complete Computer Care is operated solely by the owner. However, a network of trusted professionals is available to utilize for certain tasks and jobs. All persons in our network meet the same stringent ethical standards that we have built CCC upon.

We take pride in knowing that our customers are satisfied with the service and products that they receive from us and we don’t consider a job complete until you are 100% pleased. For our on-site computer services, there is never a charge unless we are able to fix your computer.
Our Future
We will be here. We’ve been serving Pinellas County for many years and we will be here for many more to come. In the near future we plan on expanding the company by adding more employees and even more services. You can count on us the be here for you.
